Confirmation Program Small Group Leaders, Aides and Adult Volunteers

Each week that our Confirmation program meets we start in a large group and listen to a teaching  by our priests and our Director of Youth Ministry. After the teaching portion of the evening is over we meet in small groups of about 10 -12 students to discuss what was taught and how we can apply that to our everyday life. The Confirmation program needs small group leaders to help facilitate these discussions. Training on how to facilitate a small group and small group discussion questions and/ or activities are all provided for you. 2 adults for each small group is ideal. There is no need to be a theologian or be well versed in the Bible. We are just looking for adults who want to share their faith with the young people.
