Anyone who is unable to attend Sunday Mass because of illness or disability is able to receive communion in their homes on Sunday mornings after the 9:00 AM Mass.  Your fellow parishioners visit those who cannot share Eucharist with the rest of the community.  If you or someone you know would like to receive the Eucharist, please call the parish office at (847) 669-3137, ext. 363 or contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
