Program Overview

Retreat
The year begins with a one-day retreat for teen participants, referred to as 'candidates' from here on out. This retreat will introduce the purpose of confirmation preparation, allow teens to meet one another, and review the logistics and expectations for the year. Retreat permission forms will be added at registration.
Parent Meeting
This will be a brief, but crucial explanation of confirmation details and logistics. Parents and/or guardians are expected to attend. Two parent meetings will be offered to help accommodate schedules. One meeting will be in-person and one will be virtual.
Monthly Sessions
Beginning in October, prep sessions will be held at the beginning of each month through May. These will be held on Sunday's and Monday's. Times and dates will be posted on July 1st.

Service
Four service hours will be required of each candidate. The service hours must be completed at the locations given by Melissa. These hours must be completed by March 31, 2022. More details forthcoming.
