St. Mary is responsible for cooking and serving the first Saturday of each month. We serve at the Highland Avenue Church of the Brethren in Elgin. If you sign up to cook you need to arrive at 3:30pm and if you sign up to serve you need to be there by 4:30pm. All of the signups are done electronically by following the links below. Please note that the links come out once a year and typically fill quickly. Please realize once you sign up you are responsible for that spot. If you cannot for any reason go on the date you will need to find a replacement for yourself. We count on every single spot to be filled because some months we are cooking and serving 100+ people. It is a very well run operation. Someone will tell you exactly what to do. You do not have to come up with a recipe if you sign up to cook. You are more like a sue chef. Anyone age 14 and above are welcome to sign up! Thank you!
