SPRED-Special Religious Development-is a faith formation and catechesis prep program for people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  St. Mary's first SPRED group will be an 11-17 year old group, and we are looking to expand to a 6-10 year old group in the future.
 
Participants meet once a month from September-May, volunteers meet twice a month from Sept.-May
 
Maximum number of participants/group is 6. 
 
There are 22+ age groups in Elgin and Crystal Lake. (I've linked their websites).
