EDGE 

The EDGE program is from Life Teen, and makes up our Religious Education program for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. We meet, two Mondays per month with sessions at both 5-6:15 pm and 6:45-8 pm. The EDGE curriculum works to form young disciples in the faith, build community, and help them personally encounter Jesus Christ for a lifelong journey toward discipleship.

Registration Information 6th & 7th Graders

  • REGISTRATION IS OPEN
  • You must be a registered parishioner at St. Mary Catholic Church to register for the EDGE program, Or live within the parish boundaries. 
    • If you are not a registered parishioner, please register with the front office
  • Registration forms are available outside the Youth Ministry Office and attached below
  • Please Submit it to the Youth Ministry Office, Room 104 By August 21st
  • Cost is $55 Per student
    • Cash or Check is accepted or pay through Give Central
    • After August 21st, prices will increase!
  • ​While our Edge program does require registration at the start of the year (new families to the area always welcome!), ALL middle schoolers are welcome to join our other middle school programming. 
  • Registration for 6th & 7th grade is OPEN

  • 8th Grade registration is for both EDGE and Confirmation
    • The confirmation program is being restructured so that it is a part of our EDGE program for 8th graders. 
    • The second session of EDGE each month, your 8th grader will receive formation in preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
    • Confirmation Preparation will be taught by our Director of High School Youth Ministry and Confirmation Coordinator Kyle Kalas.

  • Cost is $150 Per student
    • Cash or Check is accepted or pay through Give Central

What is Camp Wow?

Camp Wow will be at Camp Timber-Lee in East Troy Wisconsin from June 8th-11th

Camp Wow is a middle school overnight summer camp for middle schoolers, currently in 6th-8th grade.  It is run by high school counselors who apply, interview, and are selected for this role.​
After each EDGE session, you will receive a recap email sharing the main points that were talked about that night. We encourage families to read our Parent Letters, sent after each Edge session, so you can discuss each topic with your Middle Schooler.
