FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Children generally make their First Holy Communion in Second Grade. It is highly recommended that your child begins Religious Education Classes in Kindergarten or First Grade in order to build the proper foundation for receiving the Sacraments. For more information about signing your child up to receive his or her First Holy Communion see Religious Education. If your child is between Second Grade and Fifth Grade and has not yet received his or her First Holy Communion, please contact the Director of Religious Education, Roberta Christian, at (847) 669-5953.
If your child is between Sixth Grade and a Senior in High School, and has not received his or her First Holy Communion, please contact the Youth Ministry office at (847) 669-5612.
If you are 18 years of age or older and you have not received your First Holy Communion, see Becoming Catholic or contact Shirley Allen, Director of Adult Faith Formation, at (224) 654-8596.
